1.) Connect to your higher self in anyway that you are comfortable

2.) Visualize golden light surrounding your physical and auric bodies

3.) Visualize your most ideal life unfolding and manifesting gracefully and joyously in the coming weeks, months, etc. (like a movie, step by step – as described above)

4.) Visualize this movie unfolding of your perfect life/Golden Timeline and allow this visualization/energy to permeate every cell of your body on all dimensional levels

5.) Slowly become aware of your physical body, return to the physical and gently open your eyes.

This process sends out a message around you, into the very fabric of reality.
